Charles Merriman began his real estate career in 2005 after over thirty years of experience in commercial and residential mechanical engineering design business.

Charles is a Knoxville native, the father of two daughters who have blessed him and his wife Terrie with 8 beautiful grandchildren.

As an engineering designer by training, Charles has a high attention to detail, and takes advantage of his computer savvy and analytical skills to best service his clients.

Charles has two main recreational interests which are golf and fishing.

Charles believes in treating his clients the way he would want to be treated. Integrity, respect and honesty are his guiding principles, and he is committed to providing the highest quality client care.

Charles is a licensed Realtor in the state of Tennessee and is a member of the Knoxville Area, Tennessee and National Associations of REALTORS® and has earned the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation which demonstrates his commitment to the Real Estate industry.
